"User error" should NOT and probably will not be covered under warranty.
If you put diesel fuel into the gas tank, should that be covered under warranty? I'm sure there are instructions in the owners manual that tell EXACTLY how to use the jack and I for one know that the parking brake was not applied. What about 'chocks' (or however you spell them). Shouldn't they be used too?

IMO there is a difference between putting diesel fuel into your unleaded tank (will the nozzel even fit) and using a jack that bends. Putting diesel in you gasoline tank is clearly user error, but a bent jack may be poor manufacturing or materials, or poor engineering.

if you seen my jack you could tell that i used it numerous times to jack my car up and down. lightweights's jack couldnt handle the pressure and buckled.

its an automatic...parking brake is just an added bonus....
if the car rolled down the street u can blame the parking brake....if the car falls straight to the ground the brake had nothing to do with it....

The jack buckled to the right and as we started to crank it back down...it completely buckeled. And you cant blame the lack of chocks or parking brake on it. It simply crumpled under the weight. You will be hard pressed to find someone who has jacked up the G more than Danny boy.
