This is a case libel if anything because it is written. Slander is spoken word. You're obviously no lawyer or insurance person, Wes. Shame on you Jason, for not catching that.

All i stated was that truth is a defense to slander...which is a correct and accurate statement of fact. Not my problem that Wes decided to file a wrong cause of action. Sheesh
