Jon,
Thanks so much. I tried replying to your email, but my internet keeps freezing when I hit "Reply". So I thought I would comment here.

The work you did is amazing. Like Sean said, this car has never been this clean...not even the day I bought it. This car has never felt so smooth. I really appreciate you paying so much attention to detail on my engine bay and wheels! Now I just need to figure out how to get the residue off of that lip? For any of you that are questioning whether or not to buy Zaino, like myself, this detail has made up my mind and I will be purchasing Zaino products asap. Jon was also helpful enough to let me know exactly what he did to my car (with what products he used) and a recommendation for the follow up washes. Thanks again, Jon.

-I have cleaned the inside of my wheels a few times, but not everytime because I have been short on time this semester.

-The bumper was off the car because I was "cleaning up" my mesh job that I had originally did.

Time to go clean it up after driving on I4 and I will see you all bright and early tomorrow.

I have never washed the inside of my wheels, although Ferk does and teases me mercilessly about not doing it.

I figure the dark (OK, dirty) background makes a nice contrast with the shiny front part of the wheels. Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

So, Ryan... Are we going to see the new bumper tomorrow? Note to Ryan... the correct answer is yes!!!

On a wheel that you can see the back you have to clean the inside, I do it every wash.

You must keep up on all the different wheel manufacturers to know how to detail all the different rims. I've read that just the wrong kind of soap can damage wheel coatings.

Do you put wheel wax on the rims?

Nice job... See you Saturday...
Thank you. Wheel Wax was the finishing touch to the "rim detail". His wheels still have some problem areas that need working, but did clean up nicely. Some rims are much more sensative to various products but you just have to avoid very concentrated cleaners/soaps.

HRE / CCW and most wheels with polished lips are aluminum or something similar and can be polished/cleaned using (my fav) Mothers Alum. Polish (there are a few different kinds but they all work pretty much the same).

That's the craziest thing I've ever heard LOL! Its not cleaning the wheel if you don't....

Its like washing your car, but only doing the hood/roof/truck b/c you like the contrast haha guess what? car still isn't clean

Not a problem - sorry I wasn't up to go over the car with you when you picked it up! Thanks for leaving it for me to work on and let me know if you have any questions or need any help with it in the future.

The stains on the wheel will come off eventually. I think you just have to keep polishing it and over time you'll get rid of it.

You got that right. I washed my car tonight and spent about an hour applying Maguiars Mag Polish...just from driving for the past few days, the mag polish made a world or a difference!!! They almost look like new again.
