What time is everyone getting together?

Are we gonna just meet at the track?

I'm going to try to go, but I'm not sure how late I'll have to stay at work yet.

 

I'm meeting at Dan's apartment and we are leaving there around 5. So I guess we will just meet everyone at the track. I hope everyone can make it out. Call my cell at 727-488-4708 if you are going.

Ok well I only got one run in before my dad wanted to head out... it was pretty packed.

In anycase I ran a 14.565 @ 97.46 wtih a 2.2 60', which I dont think is all that bad for my first time, although I can definitely do better. I dont think I launched all that well, I forgot to turn vdc off, and i hit the rev limiter once in 1st gear... but other than that I had a ball. Hopefully I'll go agian on a saturday or sunday when there aren't so many people there. I'll post the rest of my slip later. AWESOME track, soooooo smooth

 

ah what a fun time ryan and i had. we met FL-G35 down there hopefully he will start posting in our section. we also met another guy who just got his g and had some work done to it. he was running 14.3s with factory 17s, motordyne 5/16 plenum spacer, apexi super safc, and a stillen dual exhaust. it was also an auto.

you guys should definently be running faster, you need to get some weight outta those heavy cars. my bone stock auto sedan ran 14.2 at 97, nothing done to it. dan you were pulling 2.2s which isnt great but not bad either but your trap is a tad low. im not sure what you have done to your car though, if it is bone stock thats not bad then. if you were to get your 60's down to low 2.0s then you would be low 14s. i figured out exactly how to launch the autos and pull low 2.0s with it. hit me up and i will let you know. you cant powerbrake them at all. it makes them hesitate for a second after you launch unless you have the brake fuse on a switch.....
