I posted this in another thread, but I'm making a separate thread so everyone can see it, especially you Jorge!!!

I'm going to Towers this Friday with some buddies and wanted to invite anyone to come by. Not an official meet by any means, just hanging out with some friends. Among the cars there will be 2 AA supercharged M3s (one of them is the only 11s M3 in the world), a 1-day old '06 M5, a stage II Cayenne Turbo, and last but not least, my M3 will be making a cameo as well.. still waiting on others to confirm. So if you want to hang out and see some sick cars and maybe get a ride, if you're really nice - you're more than welcome to swing by. Most likely we'll be going to the Beach Place for dinner afterwards.

As usual, the time is 6 PM and the place is Tower Shops on the SE corner of University Dr and I595 (Map)

 

how long will the one day old 06 M5 actually be one day old is the real question here?? today, tomorrow.. we need answers..

 

It's getting picked up tomorrow in Spartanburg SC (Performance Center Delivery) and will be back home just in time for Towers. Hopefully it will have 1,200 on the clock by then

Let me first say, those for you that didn't come.. missed out on a HECK of a lot because Towers has never been so much fun.

Second, a huge thanks to Stuart and especially to George and his wife for coming out. I know how tired you were from the trip but I'm so glad you guys made it. Your car is amazing and I'm so happy I got to check it out. Can't wait for the HKS!!!

I got a nice ride in the new M5 during which we raced a modded Cobra.. flames were coming out of his exhaust as we passed him lol. Smoothest car I've ever been in, the active seats are sweet and the iDrive is amazing. 500hp feels soooo goood! I fell in love with it...

And after all of you left, I stayed there to play with a modded Evo and do some 5500rpm launches. Before I drove this car I thought the M3 was fun... turbo lag? You get boost as you launch.. you might see my M3 at a Mitsubishi dealership near you soon.. hahah. Not really but that Evo was a lot of fun.

Gonna go crash now...

It was good to finally meet you too.

I just got home. The wife and I went to South Beach and had a late dinner. You'll never guess who I saw in South Beach.......Sauveyankees! I was turning right on 16th off of Washington and he yelled at me and asked if I was in the FGC (he saw my sticker). He told me his screen name and said he was down for the weekend. What a small world huh......

 

funny you say that, cause on my way to work work i saw a black G w/ FGC stickers and it ended up being Jordan.

 

Wait! Are you tellin' me that Jordon was actually driving his car?! Sweet. And he put his decals on?! WOW, this is a great day!!!
