Although I'm not defending this Steve Fisher guy, and it was wrong for them to give you a dirty loaner car and install their license plate frame on your car without your permission, I do think you need to see things from their side too.
If your business loaned a car to a customer, and you received a phone call about him abusing the car, wouldn't you call the customer and ask them to return it immediately too? Just think of the liability they would face if they knew (based on reports; even unverified ones) that you were abusing the car, then you got into an accident, and all the while they did nothing to contact you about it.
The real culprits here are you and the other driver who got into a road rage altercation over a cut off. Mr. New York (attitude), how old are you? Why would you engage someone who might be carrying a gun or bad enough to call you in and make up stories to the dealer who loaned you the car. I'm sorry, but YOU need to take responsibility here too. The last thing I want to see while driving on South Florida roadways is a bunch of morons giving eachother the finger.
