Added Vortech at 79k and put on 4k miles with no leaks, excessive blowby or other problems. Many trips down the quarter mile and driven pretty aggressive for 3.5 years. Oil changed religiously from day one. Switched to Mobile One synthetic 10w-30 from 5w-30. We'll see how long she holds before a rebuild.

 

11,000 APS TT on stock block, just did internals so no miles on it yet. 8 psi @ 435 rwhp.

17,000 on Greddy TT on my Z with now 30,000 total miles stock block. 8 PSI @ 415 with stock cats, exhaust and plenum.

No problems in both cars.

 

APS TT installed by MRC motorsports at 21000 miles. Driven 6000 miles on stock internals with no problems. No numbers yet. Hopefully, will have car dynoed and tuned soon.

 

Hey ginseng roughly how much did MRC charge you to install the kit ? Im thinking of getting the greddy tt or the aps tt and wanted to see what my final cost would be installed.

 

If i remember correctly.... the total came to about 2700 and change. For the installation of the APS TT, plenum and gauges. For 500 more they included the ACT street clutch with the installation fee waived since they were pulling the engine anyways.
