Spearco Water Injection System (Universal Kit)

Well as I have mentioned in some threads Spearco has a Universal W/I kit. They are working on a Z/G specific kit that will bolt up directly to the Z with no guess work and will include a tank, filler hose etc. Work is still progressing there. In the meantime heres some more info on the Spearco Universal kit I just got my hands on:

This is quite a step up from their original Spearco WI kit which was complete crap (it used a windshield washer pump). Since they're duty cycling the pump, they must be using a low pressure nozzle to get a reasonable flow range. While this gets the job done, the droplet size ends up being pretty large. Most fine fogging nozzles require pretty high pressures to flow at all, at which point varying voltage to the pump gives you a very narrow flow adjustment range. The ideal solution is a high pressure injector system so you can maintain a high pressure differential and a wide flow control range.
