All cylinder head stages include something that no other head manufacturer uses: RA Finishing of the head mating surface. This is a finishing process that ensures the optimal finish for proper sealing of the head gasket. Simply machining the head perfectly flat is not enough. A mirror-like finish is not optimal to proper head gasket sealing. The RA finish puts the right amount of grit onto the surface of the initially machined head, helping it most optimally “bite” into the head gasket when the heads are torqued down to proper specification. This process has been proven by many OEM and performance builders to provide the best sealing possible. Chrysler vehicles, that were notorious for head gasket sealing issues, fixed their already problematic design by factory RA finishing of the heads. Combining this technology with the superior head design of the VQ35DE, allows for the best possible mating of the heads and the block of any internal combustion engine.

Stage 2 looks like a great bang for your buck. I'm guessing these are not including an install. Well I pretty much know this is only for the heads and NO install. Just want to clarify for anyone.
