The 93 inch belt also works for the 2.87 pulley.

Just so we have all the belt numbers in one thread, the NAPA numbers are:
25-060930 = 93 inch belt
25-060935 = 93.5 inch belt

The Gates number is the same, without the 25- prefix.

Just an update, but my cog belt happened to break this weekend and I remembered this thread just now. A couple people have mentioned motion industries as a good source and they have an office close to me. Good info.

Gates/NAPA also makes a 92 7/8 inch belt 060923 that will fit the non-revup Vortechs with the 2.87 or 3.12 pulley for tose instances when a 93 inch still slips.

My cog belt broke last night and today being memorial day, sux. The first site that was listed says they are back ordered.

Can I walk into a NAPA and buy it? I have the Vortech kit with the revup.

I had 30k on my vortech before it snapped. Any other belts that I should worry about going soon? Should I do an all out replacement now?

Well, how much is the tensioner bolt moved up on the main belt? If you only have a couple more turns left until it runs out, then I suggest a new belt. I need to replace mine soon as well, since I only have about 2 turns left until I can't tighten it anymore.

That is a lot of miles on the Vortech. Any other problems so far?

NAPA doesn't carry the cog belt because it's an industrial use belt.

The stock kit comes with a 3.33, which should be indicated on your pulley. Smaller pulleys need smaller belts.

Just a quick followup....

the NAPA 25-060935 Belt is not 93.5" its 93.985"
the NAPA 25-060930 Belt is 93.585"

Just FYI, because I went to go buy it today and told him the part number and that it was a 93.5" belt and he was like, actually its not, and showed me on the box and everything. He said that alot of manufacturers use the 935 or the 930 to indicate the length but NAPA doesn't.

Are you sure he wasn't referring to the belt's outer diameter being 93.985"/93.585"?

Hmm I'll double check the box and see what it says. He might have meant that...but those were the numbers stated on the box.

I don't have the belt with me right now...I'll double check and do a follow up post when I get home.

Ok so I double checked....the box for the 25-060930 clearly states 93 5/8" which is 93.625". It doesn't state whether it is the outer diameter or not.

Can anyone confirm or clarify this please?

So according to NAPA

25-060930 = 93.625" belt
25-060935 = 93.985" belt
