I dont really know much about nitrous, but would running nitrous with a supercharger increase hp even more or would it defeat the purpose of a supercharger. Does anyone here run both on their cars?

 

it'd be find, but I'm still skeptical of running it with a stillen kit because you'd actually be shooting the nitrous into the blower itself

if it's an ATI, vortech, or HKS, then you can run nitrous with no problem if your engine can handle it. It would be a pretty bad *** setup

 

You can run Nos on a roots or centrifugal blower setup. I wouldn't advise it if your engine is not built for it. With non-forged internal engines it is usually either Nos or FI, but both is a boom waiting to happen. I don't advise it. Being conservative is the key there.
If you have a capable engine, then it is a matter of good tuning.
