Gauge selection

Hey guys need some input.
I was up late last night racking my brain on how to make this work and can't anyway to make it happen so I have to make a choice.

I need input on which gauges to put to the ride.
I have 4 gauges and can only fit 3 in a A pillar pod so one has to take a back seat.

Here are the selection:

Boost pressure
Oil Pressure
Fuel Pressure
EGT

I'm leaning towards leaving the fuel pressure gauge out for now unless someone can come with some creative ideas on how to make this work.
Does anyone make a custom pod for our sunglass compartment so i can fit 2 more gauges there. If someone does then I can also get a wideband O2 AFR gauge and just be done with everything.

Going FI within the next few weeks.
read the thread I want to install a Wideband O2 AFR but I rather have Oil/Boost/EGT if I had to make a choice of just 3.

oops..hehe...sorry bout that...I think the 4 gauges that are a must are EGT, AFR, Boost, and Oil PRESSURE...i went with the tripple gauge pod and a Defi concept HUD which can display oil pressure, fuel pressure, oil temp, etc...OR you can get a Zeitronix wideband display and put it in your sunglass cubby to display afr, boost, egt, and use a tripple gauge pod for the oil and fuel sensors. Up to you. The other choice is to put two gauges in the upper cubby if you don't have a nav.

Also, if you're going FI, an AFR is a MUST...don't even think about running FI without it...IMO, oil pressure, although helpful, is a luxury...whereas AFR is a basic necessity. Don't skimp out on the AFR for oil pressure.

The cubby is already housing my Avic Nav system.
I don't use sunglasses so I wanted to see if anyone made a custom 2 pod system since i seen those on other cars.

you're not gonna fit a gauge up there...not without some serious custom work...there is nothing readily available. Google Zeitronix. You can fit that in the sunglass cubby...I did when I had the vortech.

You could always put a guage in the air conditioner grille or down in the ash tray.

i put my 4th gauge in the middle of my speedometer. As for the 5th wideband gauge, you're gonna need custom work

Based on what you want, I also suggest you get the Zeitronix. With add-ons, it can measure several different things you want, in one unit. I didn't get it just because it would be hard to read on the fly.

I would do wideband, fuel, and boost. I did wide, boost and oil pressure and I feel the oil pressure is a waste. I would rather have fuel pressure so I know if my injectors are maxed or not working.

Wideband would be #1, then boost, then oil or fuel pressure.

I agree with that. For the 3rd gauge on the A-pillar pod, I ended up choosing oil pressure. It's nice to have, but sometimes I wish I had fuel pressure also (or instead). At least I know I could use the same gauge for fuel pressure, just have to adjust the wiring, etc...

I'm just running a wideband and a boost gauge in the nav cubby.
