we usually do a monthly jacksonville meet. im actually trying to do a pretty big 1 june 23 and have some of the south/central fl guys come up. just keep an eye on the fgc section because we have mini-meets throughout the state almost every weekend it seems. in fact, we should be having 1 of our all florida meets sometime in the next couple of months.

Yeah it sure was, LoL. Hopefully some of those pics turned out well anyway. Thanks so much, your car is just as amazing too! So clean and very well done, now you just need to upgrade with those BOV's!! I will be glad to give you both a ride, would have done so on Sunday, but that didn't seem to work out, sorry. Glad you both made it back safe, great weekend thats for sure!!

Besides the Daytona one, and the meet that Lyndon is talking about, another good one would be the Nopi Nationals at the ATL Speedway on Sept. 14th-16th weekend. Other than that, i'll be on the lookout and keep you posted if anything comes up that's a fair distance for both of us to travel.

I saw some pictures of your G35 on another one of our forums and noticed that you had a StopTech BBK. Not many people around here (Florida) have StopTech kits, but I think they have good technology and am interested in getting one.

How do you like your StopTechs? What size calipers and rotors do you have?

Your car looks great... I like that your TT setup lets you keep the stock front bumper for the sleeper look... cool... As you can see, I am also a bit partial to Laser Red...

i love the stoptechs, granted I've never tried any others kind of BBK, but why need to, when mine stop on a dime and look f'n great with LR's . I believe they are 6 pistons in the front and 4 in the rear, I'll have to make sure with mike though and 15" rotors sounds right! (i'll ask to make sure though for ya!). Yea, Im not big into body kits and whatnot, so when I saw the JWT TT setup I knew it was for me!

Mad probs to the color choice too!

Thanks!

Thanks for the Stoptech BBK info too...

Funny... I tracked your car down to this post to ask about your brakes, and now you're posting in the FGC Forum where I post every day... Small world, huh...

Hey Kristin (sp?) & Wo, it was great to meet you all. I voted for your car chic, sorry you didn't get the win. Maybe next year!

Here's the pics I took for you at the show. If you want larger pics, let me know and I'll email them to you; I resized them so that they could be attached to the thread.

Later!

-Darrin

Wow, that sounds super... Brides for the Bride... Hahahaha...

One of the Florida guys just put a set in his Coupe and posted a writeup on it. It sounds simple to put in new seats, but dealing with the airbag circuitry was a killer. Here's a link to his thread.

Should look hot with the new seats!
