NEED HELP FAST!!!! Vortech Problem!!!

If you can see in the pictures, the bolt holding the cog pulley bolted to the blower has come loose. Im guessing that i am going to have pull off the mounting bracket and retighten the bolt. I need to now if this is a common problem or if this has happened to anyone else and what you did to fix it
