BOVs

Just wondering if you all have favorite videos, or your own that you could share.

I know the HKS, seems like every srt4 has that one.

I would like to hear a few options such as

Stock Greddy TT (Consdering thats whats sitting in my boxes atm)
Any after market Greddy
Any others that sound cool at high boost.

Thanks!

The Tial is nice. It's not ricey at all and it's basically just moving air. I'll post a sound clip as soon as I get my car on the dyno.

look into the synapse engineering synchronic blow off valve. looks just like HKS SSQV with a piston instead of a diaphragm to release the charged air. has a very distinct low rumble sound that i truly like.

not sure when the product is actually released to the public, but pm TurboTim as he has them on his test vehicle IIRC.

Yup..one on each pipe coming from the turbo before it reaches the I/C. This way you're releasing pressure prior to the IC rather than after thereby increasing the efficiency of the IC because it has to cool less air.

THAT is very interesting. Does this increase the loudness of BOV? I'm a big fan of loud BOV (call me ricer if u wish ) and if this is the case, I would be very interested in getting this setup when I'm ready for FI/G35

supposedly, yes... the bov will be louder since the pressure of the charged air is greatest between the IC pipe to the turbo. also such placement minimizes compressor surge.

Gettin my sister to try and co-sign for a credit card, I dont have bad credit, just VERY VERY little... Its so insulting to not be able get a loan, I know people dont pay it back so often, but that just seems so ****ed up to me...

The lacking moral fiber in our world...
