To anyone who has a 350z vortech kit on their G35

I tried searching and I couldnt find a definite answer.

What kind of modifications need to be made to make the 350Z Vortech Kit fit on a G35, both non revup.

Thanks

There's no such thing as a "350Z Vortech Kit"... its for both.

It could easily be called the G35 Vortech Kit as much as the 350Z Vortech Kit because its exactly the same.

Same goes for any other engine engine modification, except the exhaust which is just a shorter version for the Z.

Not true. There are some G specific and some Z specific Vortech kits. Some of the part numbers are the same and others are not.

I could have sworn there was only one. Thanks for the heads-up.

Anyhow, I find it hard to believe they are any different, unless the only difference is in its physical shape.

The differences are minor and insignificant. I ran a 350z kit on my g35.

Not sure, but I would think the main differences would be in the mounting brackets?

nope, only in the wiring of the ss box. The colors of the wires are slightly different, but their functions are the same. The only difference in vortech kits is between the revups and non revups. Auto and MT are the same. 350z/G35s are the same. If you're not sure, try searching on my350z.com.

Ok, so really you can buy either kit for either car (non-revup) and wouldn't need to buy anything additional. Very good to know...
