But it is a major quad workout and no fun at all in traffic.

When it is time to race, however, the thing is bulletproof.
I havent used a Sachs....but the current crop of Carbon twins and triples are very streetable...even in traffic. Most of our customers drive their cars daily.

Oh it takes some time getting used too.... especially for your first time, that is if you're on big hills/mountains. After all of that, it's very streetable and comfortable!!

It took me the length of FP's driveway to get use to mine. Very streetable.

I have the gtm exedy spec twin carbon. at the time i was breaking in the motor and clutch so i had to take easy. have over 1000 miles on it now so when i return home i'm gonna get on it. but for daily driving it took a while to get used to. there was virtually no slip so you have to catch it at the right spot. plus the engagement point is high and i was used to a low engagement point on my clutchmasters stage 3. but after two weeks of normal driving it feels alot better and i was told the exedy twin carbon can hold as much as some companies triple setups. i guess we will see in a few days.

Are the two clutches almost the same but the Carbonetics is more bulletproof?

I spoke to my friend Bryan who's dad is the owner of centerforce and he said they have been putting 660whp to one of their DFX clutches on a daily driver for over a year with no problems.

It will do fine. All of these other single plate clutches are nice but won't have the lifespan of the twin or tripple.

Is that the standard JWT or do they make another model for higher power?

I have the JWT on my car right now and have been very happy.
