Rice, Maybe. I'd call it quite an accomplishment if you can stay with a cobra (if only for a little while). Be careful though: I don't think the power train was meant for that!!!!!! But 360HP in a G, WWWWWOOOOOOWWWWWW.

Personally, I think this is great news. It tells me that the VQ35 can take some abuse. On maxima.org we have someone running well over a 100 shot and running a 12.2 1/4 mile. I can only imagine what kind of numbers the rwd G Sedan will put down with the same shot of NOS. This s great news, it means a turbo or SC is not out of the question on these engines.

Exactly. Rumble is very right. I've looked under my hood and i think they don't want us to modify our cars. Look at the engine cover and no space!! What to do?

More details would be nice, like the mods and year of the Cobra. How far the race was and was it from a standstill. How much the Cobra usually runs in the 1/4 and auto versus manumatic in the "G".[img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

The Cobra i raced was the new supercharged one i think it runs 12.9 from the factory. We did it from 0 and i kept up with him until like 110 after that he started pulling little by little.
But 1/4 mile wise we are right there one next to the other one. They have told me that the new cobra reacts really good with exhaust and this one has it so i am guessing I have to be on the 12s

Congrats and thanks. The "package' for the Cobra, which includes more than the exhaust does make them run in the 12's. Nice to know. Keep us posted. Any transmission issues, overheating etc... More NOS. Soooooooo Addicting.
