Performance Factory presents "A Shady story..." (584whp G35c)
hey guys, well about a month ago, i was contacted by Sean (Shady908 on the boards) about building his engine. he drives a 2006 White Rev-up G35 coupe.
we decided to take on this project, he had the car shipped down from New Jersey to Orlando and we got to work. i will get some pictures up tomorrow, its basically a stock white G35 with greddy sides and karuma front bumper (unpainted) here are the specs of the engine...
-Performance Factory's Custom JE pistons 8.8 compression, dual coatings
-Pauter rods
-JWT S7 cams with JWT matching springs and shims
-HKS headgasket
-ARP L19 headstuds
-Greddy twin turbo
-APS 3 inch exhaust
-AAM 3 inch downpipes with open dumps
-RPS clutch and fw
-Koyo radiator
-Turbo XS utec
well.... here are the results. i really cant believe how much power the car made on wastegate springs, 6.2 psi.
enjoy Sean!! the dips in the graphs on the torque side are due to the Blitz EBC. i like the auto boost option but hate the control it takes over the spool up. i figured its safer to tune it with these settings so we can leave it this way. this car hauls a$$!!!!
