Ok so I think I figured out that DEFI doesn't make a wideband.

So basically here's my conclusion:

1) Triple Gauge Pod in Tan from Intensepower.com
2) DEFI BF Imperial Gauges in Amber for the Boost and Oil Pressure
3) Autometer Wideband A/F (like the one posted in the picture with 5 gauges going across the top of the climate control display about 3 posts ago)
4) DEFI control unit II

Is this all I need to get things going? Any other parts I'm going to need? Is the Autometer Wideband A/F (like the one posted in the picture with 5 gauges going across the top of the climate control display about 3 posts ago) 52mm or 60mm?

The AEM wideband is a good choice. My I also suggest that you look into the Innovate wideband afr. That is also a very good choice.

I don't remember, but Scott can get all the gauges for you for a good price (he's an authorized Tein dealer) and I think the willow pod was like $60, but I don't remember

I don't have any night pix of the amber lit up, but here is my set-up. AEM wideband is on the bottom and it's 52mm. I got the gauge pod in 52mm and dremmeled it to fit the 60mm Defi gauges.

What you listed is everything you need and will probably run you about $700-$800....Defi is expensive Each gauge is about $200 and the AEM wideband is also around ~$200(Don't know how much the Autometer is or how accurate it is). But you'll be BALLIN

- Getting happy with the fun pedal before the oil is warmed up
- Running with no oil pressure at all
- Over-boosting

Other gauges are nice to have to see what's going on, but they won't really save your a$$. If you are A/T, trans temp is also handy (but that exceeds your three gauge quota).
Do you really think it's necessary to measure the a/f of each bank?

I can't find that Autometer one that Slider has....Slider where did you get that Autometer Wideband?

I think I might just get all my parts together and bring it to Scott. I gotta put a new K&N on, New Serpentine Belt, and a New Cog belt along with all these gauges....

The A/F gauges are not listed on their website, but they do carry them. Anyone who sells Nexus gauges can get them.

Not really, but the A/F sensor is supposed to be as close to the exhaust manifold as possible. If I didn't put two gauges, I would have had to put the sensor much further downstream. At the time I was worried about accuracy. After seeing the dyno sensor stuffed in my tail pipe, I'm thinking a little further downstream probably would not hurt accuracy that much. (But, it has been pretty helpful in diagnostics to see two separate gauges.)

Not trying to jack your thread, but I am having my Tn kit put in, and I would also like to know a good setup for gauge. The list you made above is similar to what I want to get. How much do you think the setup above will cost????
Thanks,
-Tom

Depending on what gauges you get, it could cost anywhere from a couple hundred to $1000+.

Yep that's what its looking like...I"m thinking with all DEFI BF gauges and an AUTOMETER wideband A/f installed and everything close to $1000. Better than shelling out big bucks to fix the engine after it goes kaboom I guess. Plus looks kind of cool

Yeah. My 3 Defi gauges, the Defi control unit and Innovate wideband all installed cost me $1000+. They are definitely pricey but they look great and work great.
