Knowledge needed!

Well i will be doing a custom single turbo hopefully by the end of the year, and am starting to get some parts together. I need help on picking the right turbo though. Heres what i have so far:
-Turbo: ?
-Wastegate: Tial 44mm
-BOV (in order of what i like): Tail, HKS SSQV, Greddy RS
-Injectors: Deatschwerks 650cc
-Fuel: Walbro 255
-Spark Plugs: NGK one step colder
-EMS: UTEC with map sensor and boost solenoid, and tuned at PF
-Boost Controller: ?
-Oil Pan: APS or JWT
-FMIC: Custom, not sure on dimensions yet

Thats the start, need help with picking the right turbo though, i know alot of you would say GT35R, but i need some other options aswell, so what do you guys think? oooo and what about boost controllers 2! Thanks for all the help!

It is not that easy to get a Turbo, GT35R is great but what about the A/F Turbine/compressor housing?

Boost controller: I like the HKS EVC 5/6 and the Apaxi avcr because of it's gear dependent boost control.

400 to 450 whp is alittle high for a single turbo unless you are running ALOT of boost, maybe you should look at 375 to 400 whp as a more realistic goal.

With those kind of goals you will need some kind of build. For a single turbo to get those number it will be pretty high in the boost. You can get around 400 on the stock block anything more it is at serious risk.

well with JT tunning it, i have no doubt i will be in the 400-450whp range. the guy that did the last custom turbo is doing it for me! and he made 370 at 5.5! i plan on boosting 9-11psi so i am not really worried about the numbers, the thing is finding the right turbo what is capable of those numbers with a quick spool preferably, but isnt maxed out at 450...
