ISSUE WITH HFC on my ATI PROCHARGED G35..Should I go TP's

Like the title says I have already been through a set of Fast Intentions 300-Cell HFC that I bought about 3-4 months ago used locally for really cheap..anyways I was running semi-rich and blew the honeycombs out inside the cats....with that being said I went ahead and bought brand new Kinetix (New Version) hi-spun HFC and today going to the office it feels as if I have lost back pressure in teh exhaust...I checked my exhaust with the car running put my hand down by the tips and very minimal AIR is coming out of the back of the exhaust...this is the same issue that happened with my Fast Intentions HFC's....

Anyways I had the Kinetix HFC installed about 3 weeks ago and had the car re-tuned.....well I think I have blown out these CATS as well....anyways I really dont want to go with Test Pipes because of the rasp but this is what its looking like now....

With that being said what Test Pipes should I look at to give me pretty much no RASP as "if I had HFC's.." any information would be greatly appreciated!

I have been looking into the kinetix resonated test pipes or Labree.....

I haven't heard of any sort of test pipes with no rasp. Test pipe = rasp.

Stick with the HFC in my opinion, I went test pipe and i raaaaaasp sooo much!!! Nasty annoying rasp, I hate it, and I really hate forcing my self to like it cause I own one, I have the Kinetix HFC right now with my F.I exhaust with a procharger set up, no problems. I was thinking of switching to to FI HFC if anything ever happens, as for if you really want test pipes, atleast get resonated, cause I got non-resonated, sh*t was annoying ....and all this of course is my opinion..hope you solve your minor problems buddy..

How come yours are so high? I got mine Dynoed at GTM's Dynojet, before when my car was messed up, it was dynoed on a dynapack at Church, and it was 353whp and 313tq, when I put it on GTM's Dynojet, it was only 303whp 288tq So after the re-tune and revived I am at the numbers I am now on dynojet, figuring if I was on dynopack I be muuuuch higher haha. But that's the only reasons why I would know why my numbers are low, besides that and safe tuning haha, I want higher #s tho eh.

I had mine tuned on a Dynojet...I probably have more mods then you...I am tuned with the UTEC

I upgraded the whole procharger kit to 10psi pulleys. which may be another reason....

are you running headers??? it's common to see SC aplications havin' problems because of aftermarket headers. alot of people have had to switch back to the stock manifolds, should save ur cats. jus my .02

You really need to find the root cause of why you're fouling your cats, is it smoking at all? blue/white?

10psi pulley, bingo! That's why you have better #s, do you have any slippage problems? I'm planning to do a fully built tranny and get a 10psi pulley with many other upgrades soon.

yep, you should try runnin' ur stock exhaust manifolds... if ya still have 'em. you might even gain so HP, i've heard that SC's need a lil' back pressure to achieve optimal performance. lemme know what happens... thanks
