question is though, would you made more power on the EVott setup, using the APS?

does the EvoTT /new Ti-C exhaust have resonators in the middle like the Injen? The FI looks like all pipe to the mufflers. Just what I want.

My Injen resonators hang much lower than the frame do not want my new exhaust like that.

But you still have the x box, and that does sit kinda low.

Short Story: When Vinny Ten did my JWT TT installation I left on the Borla full set-up I had (swapping out the headers for the JWT manifolds, of course), because I loved the sound. Vinny said "If you want music, leave it on - if you want power, get the EVO TT". When I asked how much difference there was, he answered "25 to 30 more whp". I went for the Greddy, we put it back on the dyno and hp went from 381 to 408 @ the same 5600 rpm.

Thanks for that insight. How do you like the sound with your setup?

Well...the Borla was a purr leading into a growl. The Greddy is a growl that turns into a turbo-prop aircraft engine. There is no conversation possible at WOT above 3500 rpm. Cruising at a steady rpm above 60, the sound is always there, but music and conversation aren't impeded. Put your foot down though, and that ends the conversation (although you may be able to hear your passenger screaming).

Greddy tt. if you want a louder 3" exhaust with good flow, there are many options out there. i wanted an exhaust that i could hold a conversation with my girl at cruise and still have enough flow to make 600whp on pump(which i do) i had a 3" jic single on my aps single, but the noise was sooooo droning i waited 4 months to get the aps exhaust. it had the same flow but wayyyyy quieter. and above all, i like to sneak up on my victims, before i open the dumps and pounce!

great info guys!^^^^^^

I want to have a conversation and not be droned out. It's alway nice to hear the radio or wife screaming to slow down

Another reason I'm waiting to hear the 3" Dominator

I would think an X or H pipe with the 3" TD would impede turbo flow compared to a straight through TD.

That may be the case? I won't know until they (F/I) dyno the 3". I do remember reading on 350z that not only did it sound great but also flowed great as well.

Hmmmm the saga continues

Actually it helps balance the exhaust pulses, i'm making 600+whp on a simple Stillen TD exhuast.

Since this has been ressurected from the dead, let's add the Motordyne 3" TDX exhaust - lots of options for different mufflers/sounds from civil to loud.
