What does the precision turbo max out at? I know the Powerlab kit (with the correct engine setup) can make 653whp with the GT35R, and it includes the UTEC and D-works 550cc already. J/W?

The GT35R is rated for about 600hp, but I have seen them make more. The T67 is rated for 770hp.

SFR Tuner Kit with UTEC and Denso Injectors is basically the Powerlabs kit, but for a couple bills cheaper.

Well I'm sure I can make a healthy debate between the two, but that isn't necessary. The Powerlab GT37R kit has made 720whp (With the potential to make 40-50hp more). I'll let someone push the SFR kit to it's limits before I change my opinion on it.

I personally think the Powerlab is a better overall kit, but that is purely personal opinion.

I would suggest to EVERYONE that is going to modify their cars to make sure that you have more in writing before you hand over money. Make sure the work is noted to be completed in a timely manor and also, the parts and work promised will provide what your paying for. Thats all I am going to say yet because I have a dispute pending which I need to resolve.

There needs to be more accountability with these tuners who charge $1,000 an hour for crap work! This isnt just one tuner, their all the same.

Care to elaborate? I would post my assumptions, but if they are wrong they can lead to negative uneccessary results.

In ideal world yes. I wish it's that easy to get this pro shop put everything in writing. Some shop wont even work on your car until you sign a waiver to protect themselves just in case the FVck UP. My local shop wont even strap my car in a dyno without you singing a waver ..

dude, if thats the case, why not just hand away your money to me? Ive blown easily over $40,000 EASY on my CAR above what I bought it for ($42,000). All I have to show for it is still a car with another blown motor and a bad tranny. Also, it was in the shop for 2 years! Listen, no one can even come close to my story. I went from one shop to another. Ive dealt with 3 shops and honestly, their all the same. Either protect yourself or keep your money and buy a Z06 or a viper. Something quick outside the box.

Basically, our cars were mechanically essembled by engineers from top schools that work for a large car companies making top dollars. Who are these tuners that can beat the integrity of these engineers that know the car? And we sign waver forms!? Our cars werent meant to be pushed the way we do. For those of you that are reading this saying, "NO WAY THATS NOT ME" your fooling yourself. Weve all been screwed over. If your car is working and you tuned it to be a monster, all power to you but also mention the restrictions. Example:

-only driving at night and not day because heat
-only driving a limited amount of miles per week
-putting $10/ gallon race gas into your tank
-small misc. repairs made(gaskets, bolts, sensors, plugs)

etc

the list can go on. Your better off selling the G and putting your money into a house or condo with the real estate market. Bonds or stocks are another way to go. Anyway guys, like I said, I am not gonna put anyone on blast yet but I will soon once my issues get resolved. May go to court for it so we shall see. BE CAREFULL!!!!

Dude.... someone left a baaaaad taste in your mouth. The restrictions you listed a valid, but are merely side effects to which there are answers for.

Also, I can name a few people that have worse stories then yours. Longer time down... more shops.... and way more money. Sorry to see your taste for modding has faded. Good luck with your ride!

Getting a turbo is a little more risky than supercharging. There are a lot of kits out there. I have a friend who installed a Vortech recently. Here are some of the gains he has made with it.
