REVUP G35 Vortech Kit Fitment Problems

I'm having some issues with fitment on my vortech supercharger kit.

There's an issue with one of the cog nuts from the back of the bracket rubbing on the the pipe that comes up and leads to the throttle body from the supercharger.

Also there's no hole in the front on the G35 where the intake goes and there's AC lines there. What do you do to get it to fit? There's no instructions in the manual for that portion. We may end up having to cut a hole in that fiberglass material so that the intake gets some breathing room.

Any tips you guys have would be much appreciated. Doesn't really "bolt" right up I guess...

also intercooler piping doesn't fit right. fits a bit lopsided and he's tried a variety of ways to get it snug.

not sure what's up with this kit.

hopefully it's not a 350z kit. THe pipings arent totally snug but they fit. U will have to bend the ac line to make the charge pipe fit. Also I believe the vortech g35c kit doesnt come with a intake for the air filter. I wouldnt cut the fiberglass part. I would rather have ure shop make a new air filter piping that goes down near the wheel well.

PIx would be nice next time.

Yeah I might my guy eventually do something like that but I kind of prefer to have it up top in case it rains. Nothing quite like pressurized rain water flying into my pistons and hydrolocking my engine.

The city of Lubbock here has a playa system that utilizes elevation to drain the rain water to 5 different lakes and no underground draining setup. So, when it rains here it gets really deep at some intersections and so a lower intake pipe would just be a deal breaker.

The slit we're cutting won't be large, just enough so that later I can stick my hand in there and wiggle out my filter when I need to change it.

Thanks for the advice though, when I move to a better place with less chances for "flood" during every rainfall then I'll probably have an intake pipe fabbed up.

U can always leave out the pipping and stick the filter right onto the blower like the non rev kits.
