APS TT issue
APS TT issue
3 weeks ago notice minor issue when i try to start car. It wouldn't start just a silent crank. Today driving from the gun range at a stop light car just cut off on me at a dead stop. I let the car sit for 15 minute tryed again car started I hurry and got the F**K home. While driving home car cut off as in power loss. Anyone have an idea whats going on I got a headache from the whole thing. Just hate being fraustrated looking into trading in my car.

It could be a utec issue and not necc. the APS itself. I would have the shop that did your install check it out as there maybe some codes they can pull to see what's going on.
Doubt it's the UTEC because the car should start fine. What size injectors do you have? If they are close to stock (440 or less) you could unplug the UTEC and go back to just the oem ecu to see if the car will start that way. Don't drive it like that but see if it will start.

^+1. It could be a bunch of things...timing....ecu....injectors. Also check your oil. Park it and dont drive it to be on the safe side just in case it's something major.
Close friend that work at Infiniti stop by and check the codes on the car. Seem like I need a new MAF sensor. Oil is ok. Injectors im using 550 cc. I haven't done much driving just work, school, & back home. If that does not stop the stalling issue then im just lost.
I've made the decision to part out my car and sell it sometime next year.

I think its a heat issue went on a 30 mile test drive no boost car didnt stall out. Car is now with the mechanic. He mention seem like when he go into boost car temperature inside car get really hot. While in boost car stall. The power loss could be some sort of heat/turbo issue. Also want to input I have stock exhaust/cats he said might be a problem also because of back pressure.

i'm having the same problem, its in the local shop now. Died while stopped/idling while warming up. suspect it may be the crank position sensor, will find out today. if not, i guess i'll be trailering it back to forged...
