turbo question

ok i just picked up my 04 coupe with a turbonetics single turbo kit. i traded my evo for it so i kno about turbos im just learning about the g. my question is...is it worth it to mess with after market intake manifolds? i know on the evo most aftermarket intakes actually hurt you more then helping you. is the turbo g the same way? im just wondering because im doing piston and rods at the end of this month and why i have it apart i was thinking about an intake manifold i just dont know where to look. thanks in advance

In all honesty, do might see minimal gains up top but you need to weigh out the benfit over cost... If that is ok then go for it

If you don't have one, the Motordyne 5/16 or 1/2 plenum spacer is your best bang for the buck.
