wanna go FI

So ive decided to go FI, and decided im gonna go with a Vortech SC.

beyond that, im not sure exactly what i want to do/need.
for now and the relative unavailability of a tuner very nearby, i need ideas on what to do. from what i can understand, i need the blower, piping, intercooler ect. im also going to get the gauges.
beyond that, i understand i need some sort of management, but for now should i stick to the split second thing, then get a new fuel pump?
what about injectors?
ive done lots of searching but still not exactly sure.

you need to research a WHOLE lot more. never know enough when it comes to FI on these cars.

injectors, yes you will need bigger ones.. i would say 440cc

you will need a fuel pump.. go with walbro..

as far as engine management and your tuning situation i would suggest the ss box would work okay until you find a Tuner. then i would advise you to purchase a UTEC or Standalone depending on your goals and how you plan to drive the car. other than that i would suggest going to my350z and read all the FI threads you will find out ALOT about the vortech system. keep us updated on your project.

WOW...like Canadian said...you need to do ALOT of searching please. You are in New Mexico, so that places you close to Arizona where Intense MotorSport is. 480-635-8888
