Turbo Oiling Restrictor???

On my JWT TT set up, where the oil is tapped from the pressure sensor port, the line that goes back to feed the turbos has a significant flow restrictor (tiny hole) @ the fitting. How important is this?.... It appears from the APS kit install instructions that there are no restrictors??? ...Greddy???

it is very important. that hole regulates the amount of oil the turbos get. too much and you are blowing seals, too little and you are blowing turbos.
