a proper length and tensioned belt wont make any noise.

you are obviously missing one of those 2 things

i've used napa belts (rebranded Gates) exclusively and never had slip nor noise

9 times out of 10 if your belt is squeaking, it needs to be tightened. It is normal and belts stretch slightly over time, requiring tightening. Tightening is easy. The biggest PITA of the whole process is getting the plastic panel out of the way because of all the screws. Some people cut a hole in the panel (to allow access to the tensioner bolt) or removed it completely.

My belt tensioner is already tightened as much as it can go and the belt is stretched again. So there is no after market belt made by anyone that wont stretch?

you just need a much shorter belt to start with.

Napa is an autoparts store. All belts stretch. thats why they are cheap and easy to replace.

1. Take off your belt
2. take it to local Napa
3. ask them little shorter and strong ones
4. go back and put it back on see if they make a squeeze. If do go more shorter.

But do remember, just a keep tighten isn't always good.

Btw, i'm using gates. 80.5" inch with 3.12 pulley
