Engine and FI Pros I need your expertise.
This is a video of my Vortech setup and ever since I got it installed i've been getting an annoying ticking sound. It is there on cold starts but when the car warms up (about 5 minutes) it goes away. After an hour or so of the car sitting, I start it up and the noise is back again, until the car is warm again. I personally (not being an expert) think its possibly the serpentine belt but before I have that changed I just wanted to get an opinion.
**** This is after the car is warmed up so the sound is a lot quieter that what it usually is, i'll try to let the car sit and get a better video for you all later.****
Thanks for the help.

my only guess would be a belt or maybe a screw or something.. but im not that sure. if it was a turbo problem i would know for sure.. but i would say possibly a belt =/
+1 the bearings in one or more of those 3 jack shaft pulleys are going bad or just loose or over tighten.
Chances are it's the top one that is making the noise so u can try to tighten or loosen the bolt and see if that eliminates the squeezing.

I've had squeaks before come from the idler pulley and replaced them. Fixed the problem. Try putting pressure on each one to see if it alleviates the noise. May be from over tightening the belt.
