vortec S/C @ 8psi Fuel system

I have a vortec system on my 03 g35 coupe right now and I want to get 8 psi out of it...
What kind of mods do I NEED to change out for the fuel system so nothing gets destroyed?

I strongly disagree. I think you're off by about 100rwhp

EDIT: Unless you get some big *** injectors.

i am 99% IDC out on 450 whp with my vortech with a CJM stage 2 return and 600cc injectors.

Anyone that says they are making those kinda #'s without a return are on an optimistic dyno.

Right now I'm around 450whp on max boost (9psi) and ~95% injector duty with walbro and rfs. I could still raise the pressure some on the rfs and go higher but honestly I'll be getting bigger injectors instead when I go there.

Cool thanks for the help. I had no idea I needed a return fuel system to reach those kind of numbers safely.

Where could I get one for a good price?

You're about 10% too heavy on your duty mate.

I'm about to post a thread about my fuel woes. Because it's not adding up.

Hey Homie, what ECU are you running and do you have start up issues?

HKS FCON VPRO EMS controlling the injectors from startup. Zero cold startup problems and it usually takes less than three tries to get the car to start when warm.

I AGREE. I have the same issue, but at cold it starts like a normal car but at hot about 2-3 tries when its warm.

2 or 3 tries to hot start with a FCON? id have some adjust your tune as that shouldn't be the case
