Vortech build... what next?

Hello all, I am in the process of building up my Vortech kit. I just wanted to get some opinions on what else I need or should consider getting. The current mods are...

- DC Sports Stainless Steel Headers
- Crawford Plenum - Polished
- Nismo Thermostat
- NGK Platinum Plugs
- Unorthodox Racing Underdrive Pulleys
- JWT Clutch/Flywheel combo
- Random Technologies Y-Pipe
- Random Technologies High Flow Catalytic Converters
- Invidia TI Exhaust

Currently waiting to be installed...

- Utec/Map Selector
- Walboro 255lph Fuel Pump
- Deatschwerks 600cc Injectors
- 3.12 Pulley
- Innovative Wideband AFR
- GTM Pulley Mod

So my question is... Whats next?

Why not go with 2.87 pulley? And a meth injection kit?

It's a daily driver. I was thinking the 2.87 pulley might be to aggressive. Maybe when I get tired of the 3.12 I will upgrade. Thanks for your input.

i'd use the updated belt config and not bother with the GTM mod. its a waste of money if you have the right belt length.

map selector is pretty worthless as well as you dont have any other boost options.

use 100 shot jets

Get rid of the underdrive pulleys, go with a 2.87 pulley for the Vortech, get yourself a neat meth injection kit, and do the necessarily fuel system upgrades. Once its retuned, that should net you some nice power gains. Just make sure its a reputable VQ tuner that does the tuning

Thanks for the replies guys. What is the new belt config? I guess I will have to look into that. I guess I will have to add meth injection to the list! Right now I am planning on having Tony at UMS do the tuning. I have heard nothing but great things about him.

if the underdrive pullies are smaller, your blower will spin slower. throw those out. you dont need those anyways. go straight for 2.87 pulley. 3.12 is fun, till you get bored of it. and trust me, that happens fast. you wont make too much hp with it anyways. your tuner should be able to put you in a decent power range with that. have fun man.

No prob boss. Here is a link to the thread (I can't recall what page I found the diagram on.)

http://my350z.com/forum/forced-induc...questions.html

Here is the diagram. Reading further in the thread it appears that the belt part number is: Gates K060790 (for the 3.12 pulley)
