Different size turbos?

How come nobody runs two different size turbos? For example a JWT530bb for low end and a 700bb for the higher part of the RPM band? Is it not possible or just way too much time and money?

Just tryna learn a little more

Works well on an inline motor. Not so much on a dual bank motor. You'd have a plumbing nightmare methinks.
