Going to turbo my 6MT Sedan

I have finally decided to go ahead and turbo my G. I am looking into a custom setup, but I would like to know of all the kits that are available.

Thanks,
Daniel

From what I can tell, kits are coming soon, but nothing's on the shelves yet.

Re: Going to turbo my 6MT Sedan

theres a supercharger kit by stillen and a turbocharger kit by greddy. theres another japanese company making a TT kit too, similar to greddy's, but it will probably be more expensive. The greddy kit will retail for aroudn 5k im sure, since it has tubular manifolds like the tdo5 kit for the 300zx, and that retails for 5k. We'll be offering this for cheaper than anyone else when it comes out, I can gaurantee that.

Are any of those available now? Or will it still be a few months?

When do you expect the greddy kit to be available?

Hey, man! What happened to the $212 price you posted for the Injen on another post. Last I checked $245 does not = $212??? Stop bragging about how affordable you are and start acting with the pricing!

Re: Going to turbo my 6MT Sedan

first off, ive answered this question more than once on this forum, so please dont start an argument. its against the policy of manufacturers to list it publicly that low, if you want to know why, find one of the other multiple replies i made about it. i still offer it for 212 to people that call though. i dont brag about anything i cant keep my word on.

If the Greddy kit is reasonable - sign me up for one of the first ones. I have talked myself into doing the turbos.

Do you think the turbo/SC will work for the auto G?

Re: Going to turbo my 6MT Sedan

ofcourse it will, there shouldnt be any differences between the 2 cars that would related to the turbo kit. if there is im sure it can be "fixed"

Re: Going to turbo my 6MT Sedan

Yeah, well I was wondering if the tranny has to be fixed. With the Maxima's, Stillen only sells superchargers to manuals. They say the stock auto is too weak and can't handle the power.

Re: Going to turbo my 6MT Sedan

i would go with a 6 speed when ya buy your G35 then , manuals are so much more fun anyway. Also, the G35 is a sports car, the maxima is an economy "sporty" car.
