I think it's kind of dependent on the EMS you're going to be running. Apparently the Innovative widebands are tricky to wire and calibrate with most EMS's. When I talked to Ryan at Injected Performance, he recommended the UEGO over the innovative options. Apparently the original Haltech widebands were re branded LC1's (Innovative), but they tended to flake out and had a lot of problems.

go check out the xd16 gauge.
the cheaper of those 2 you listed is a standard lc-1 wideband with a regular wideband digital gauge.
the lc-1 with xd16 is more than that. The gauge is programmable and can display pretty much any info as long as you have something hooked up to it through the innovate serial chain. If you'r eonly using the lc-1 with the xd16 gauge then you only display wideband but you can program the gauge for different color displays, warning light, high o2 hold, low o2 record. It will not "record" and log wideband, just record the high and low as you program it.
if all you want is a wideband display then the cheaper one will work fine. if you want a more advanced gauge then get the one with xd16. The lc-1 wideband with them is both going to be the same thing.
