Re: SuperCharger Anxiety !!!
I definitely would not take out road racing. Unless you are ready to pay for the consequences.

today's date: 08/01/05...almost a year later from the date of install and I realize that all of my anxiety was due to pure ignorance. Now, I am ther go to guy for questions! 11,000 miles on the Vortech and no issues other than a replaced belt when I first got the system. To anyone having SUPERCHARGER ANXIETY...don't. Get a good tune and you're set.

I'm take it this anxiety thread was resurrected on my behalf....nice to know it has been trouble free. Still a tough decision. I'm 50/50 right now. I just dont know if I am prepared for any consequences right now.

My only question is. How good does it run out of the box? IM going to have a hard time finding a tuning shop here in Utah

i think it might be tough for you, when i spoke w/ DJ from CP Racing he said that vortech still didnt have a kit for an 05 6MT, but they were working on one. He said he can install and 04 kit and tune properly to the 05 specs. So in our case i think tuning is crucial.

Sorry for calling your attention to this old post Randy.

Craig, I've finally gone and done it. That ride in your Sedan when we took on the vette next to Lokey Infiniti finally got to me. Only another 3 weeks or so and I'll be playin' with the big boys. Good luck with the new misses and all of your plans!

G8tor20 (aka flip flop) - you better than 60-40 today?
