how do you set up a prfec b2 boost controller

i want to set my boost at 7psi

You don't set the pressure on the profec, you set an offset, say you have a WG spring set at 5 psi, set it to 10% and it will be 10% bled off I believe, as you increase offset, the more boost you have. Start slow.
