Hello all,

Been searching, called vortech 4 times, split second, etc. with no success. Basically I have a full vortech kit I'd like to install as is (meaning no upgraded pulley, vortech supplied FMU, SS box, and in-line fuel pump, stock motor), but I have one particular issue...

The current map is for an 03 and I have an 04; the only difference between the kits. I'm looking into getting it tuned with the SS box, but they don't have space for me until jan 10/11 of 2012. Another option is to upgrade injectors, fuel pump, osiris, uprev MAF, etc.etc but that is an additional 1700 that I'm not wanting spend right now.

What I'm looking to do is just install the kit as intended from vortech, enjoy it, and at a later date make a big push (w/ the aforementioned upgrades).

So my question is: Does anyone have saved somewhere an 04 basemap for the SS box? I can get the R4 software to load it, but vortech isn't helpful saying they can't help (surprised, right?)

Hi mate I've got 04 vortech base map but need the r4 software to read ss box if you could send me r4 software I will make a copy of my 04 map and send it to you ?
