** need help!!! Have a issue with new motor

Hey guys,
Ok so I had a longblock built by Import Parts Pro. It's coming close to a yr that I have been getting this car done. It's just a lot getting all the bugs worked out. Back in July is when we did the first start up on it. since then I always smelled coolent here and there. So long story short I was in a bad accident and was pretty much laid up for 3 months so I really couldn't work on it to much. After I was back on my feet I started like I said working out the bugs and still smells the coolent. So now I'm getting close to wraping it up and it's winter here in NJ so the car is away for the winter so started digging into the coolent issue. I kinda new somthing was going on cause i could see coolent dried up laying in the center of the block under the lower intake. well I took it apart today and i can see on the drivers side there is a spot where I can see it dripping from the headgasket.
I had called Kyal from IPP when wenoticed it in july. He told me to take the motor out send it back to him ( like it's a birthday card or somthing). and if it has somthing to do with him he will fix it.....I don't know what to do!!!!!!!! Anybody have any advice or suggestions
Thanks guys.... I will try and get some pics tomorow cause I gonna do a psi test but I did this befor and it seems like when it's cold it holds psi. Only when it's hot and when it's cooling off is when it seems to lose psi.

Here is a pic of where it's leaking from I'm guessing. I'm about to do a psi test shortly

Bad head gasket?
Not too knowledgeable on the VQ but my Grand Am always leaks coolant because of these gaskets going bad.

Pull it and send it back, or pay a shop to replace the head gasket. Might be cheaper than pulling the engine and shipping it back and forth.

Kind of looks like it might be coming from up above and pooling/spreading in the gasket area... hard to tell but it doesn't look good either way.. GL
