Fuel issues?
I'm currently building my turbo kit, so far this is what I have. The kit is going on the Altima, i want to TT the G, but i would rather do the Altima first since it still has a warranty and I can take everything off and send it in for repairs if needed. Trying to keep the build under $4K which so far I'm going under budget.
Garrett GT3582R BB Twin Scroll Turbo/built in WG
HKS SSQV BOV
Aeromotive referrence fuel pressure regulator
2 intercoolers (will test them and see which one cools the best)
Uprev ECU tune
3" exhaust already installed
Battery relocation kit
Denso FXE22HR11 plugs
I still need:
Injectors
Fuel pump
plumbing
gauges
Turbo timer
But i was looking at my FPR, and I noticed that it uses AN fittings, and I was wondering if I really need to get a fuel rail for the setup, or is the stock rail capable of handling the fuel requirments?

I wouldn't put it on the car with the warranty. As much as people think nissan techs are morons when something happens to an engine and it is going to cost them thousands of dollars in warranty they investigate. They take that matter pretty serious. Altimas have crappy transmissions as well.
As for the rails, you can get adapters that mount to the stock rear ports and convert them to an AN fitting. If they are the same rails as the g35 (i think they probably will be) then just search on ebay for some cheap ones or go to cjm motorsports.com and get the rear adapter. For stock block power the oem rails should be ok.
In truth I recommend the CJM stage 0 return fuel system. It's a high quality product for a great price. If you already have the regulator you can order just the extra return line and fittings from them. They have teflon SS braided lines with a coating on the outside so the braiding does wear holes in anything. Walbro 255 will be plenty for stock block power fuel pump. If you are staying under 400hp either DW 440 or DW600 injectors would be a great choice. You do not need a turbo timer. They are just a bling thing for ricers. All you need to do is just drive around in vac for 30-60 seconds before shutting the car off. That's all a timer does. I've never been straight from boost to shutting the car off in my life. I have to drive through the parking lot then back my car into the garage which takes far longer than the 60 seconds a turbo timer will run. Just be smart about it and it will save you the 200$ and headache of wiring a timer in.

good point on the timer. I've been doing some extra research as well, and it appears for my goals, the stock rail will do the job. I have a Manual transmission, not that crappy CVT BS nissan has been using, so it can handle the power much better.
