Hx35 7 blade turbo?

I know a guy looking to get rid of a new holset hx35 turbo for really cheap. I've been saving up and researching for a supercharger or single turbo setup from busted performance and installed by Dynosty. My question is can someone tell me if the 58lbs/minute flow rate that this turbo produces could get me into the 450 whp range or do I need something more comparable to the Gt35r at 69lbs/minute. Mild cam will be done with a full low compression engine build.

The GT35r won't work with the kit since it does not come in a T4 turbine configuration. The Holset might fall short on the compressor side. Remember, that Dynosty has the lowest reading dyno I have ever seen, and the maximum they could get out of a GT35R with a tial 1.06 a/r housing was 512whp on pump gas. This was a completely built engine, heads, cams, head work...the works.

The Boosted Performance twin scroll and the Mid Mount both managed to make 560whp on the same dyno on pump gas. Both used the Precision 6766 T4 1.32 a/r billet turbos.
