Twin supercharger or procharger
Would a twin supercharger or procharger work if you had a stroker kit installed turning it into a 4.3L or 4.5L

Yes, forced induction is not dependant on displacement.

I don't think I've heard of any twin charged VQ engines, that would be one VERY busy engine bay.
