Anyone getting the APS ST Kit?
I'm really interested in the APS Single Turbo Kit for my 03 5AT sedan but would hate to be the guinea pig. I know some G35er's are getting this kit, but they probably have a 6MT Coupe/Sedan(?). Will APS make/tune this kit for the 5AT Sedan?
The group buy over at the 350Z board is very tempting but there are just too many unknowns when it comes to the 5AT Sedan application that scares me away from pulling the trigger.
Any brave soul w/ a 5AT Sedan out there?

Yes, everything will be custom fitted, including the front bumper to work with a single intercooler

It was supposed to be done by ZdayZ on the 19th of May, but most likely that won't happen. I have all the parts, the engine building is just taking longer then I had anticipated (my builder is super busy right now). Now that the crank is balanced everything else should go fast. He was worried about the crank taking a while, since the Pauter rods are so much bigger then the stock rods.
Hopefully by June 1st I'll have a dyno sheet!

So far to date their have been no blown stock motors with the APS TT so if you go APS ST, I don't see you having any problems on a stock motor. The APS single turbo should be good for 360-380whp if you add exhaust and test pipes on the out of the box tune.

I'm going to be shooting for 420whp/380wtq on 93 octane (at stock boost) when I do my ST install this fall/winter... I have quite a few other mods though, and will also be installing the Kinetix F/I intake in place of my V4 (as well as a valve-body upgrade at the same time)... then I will officially be DONE with this money pit!!!

OK, so I added my name to the list for the APS ST group buy. Looks like there's a local APS dealer/installer in the SF Bay Area - Scott Performance that Peter recommended. I will definitely give him a call and get his input/feedback before placing the deposit. This is very exciting indeed!!!
A couple of observations/questions on the ST Kit;
- my Stillen TD exhaust will not work w/ this kit. Modification is required.
- is the 2nd catalytic converter removed?
- when will it be carb certified? has APS given timeline for the ST kit?
- will my exisiting crank fan have to be converted to an electric fan to make way for the intercooler plumbing?

Since you live in CA you may want to go with the APS TT instead of the ST. I think I read that the ST will not get a carb certified and the TT most likely will.
