I need a good shop for forced induction work in my area L.A. So. Cal... Let me know who you guys use. I'm thinking of the Greddy twin turbo set up or a Supercharger. I'm looking for something carb legal that will make 350-400 whp.

Have a chat to the guys at Brainstorm performance in LA, they are one of the better performance shops in SoCal and have excellent dyno tuning facilities.

Only carb approved kit available is the Stillen stage 2 SC kit. HKS might possibly be another. JWT will not release its TT kit until they get carb cert. no one knows when that will be. Vortech, APS TT, will be seeking/testing for approval in the near future. Cross your fingers, no guarantees on those. SFR/SSR, Greddy, PE, and ATI are not looking for any carb testing. ....... Stillen stage2 will get you somewhere in low 300 rwhp.

Only thing carb legal is the Stillen SC?.. man... I was searching all over to hopefully find a TT kit that's CARB Legal here in CA. THHATS IT I HATE MY CAR! j/k =P But for reals that's pretty sucky.

 

If you dont get pulled over, no one will know if its CARB legal or not. A great shop is Rennsport. Look them up. They do a lot of work. Right now they are finishing another G35 Greddy TT. They have also worked on many Z's. Have awesome tuning and amazing work. They are in West L.A at supleveda between Santa Monica and and Olympic. Right next to Discount Tires and AAA.
