APS banned?

Maybe this should be in another forum. However seeing as how APS is supplying FI kits and I first noticed it here, I'm posting this here.

Why is there a banned banner under APS (Peter's) information? What happened?

I think it was something about not being a paid Vendor or Sponsor.

Thumbs down

my350z banned them also, the admins didn't get free APS kits like they had hoped with stricklyz.com being an APS dealer. Notice how that online store closed.
Its all about money with them....

Well my confusion is that there is no notice on this, just the little tags that say "banned."

Regardless of if there is an issue of sponsorship fees I would hope that the members (especially those of us kicking in more $$$ to the site) would be informed of the situation.

The way this has/is being handled is not the best. It has the appearance of something being swept under the rug.

Aside from APS what other manufacturer actually comes on board to inform the users of the intent of the product & how to address problems? The only vendor/manufacturer I've seen that did this is Kinetix.

It's just a shame that the members are going to lose access to meaningful information.

There was a big fiasco on my350z.com ( run by the same people who run this site i believe ) If you dig through some threads on the FI forum you will find out what happened. But like someone pointed out, check out 350zmotoring forums to get in touch with Peter. I already find myself spending more time there since I will be a future APS customer.

I have been reading over there. I completely missed what happened last week and was off island this past weekend. Things didn't click until I saw the banned banner this morning.

Still on Driver or My350Z I have yet to see any word on what officially happened.

There hasn't really been an offical notice from the forum owner as to why APS was banned but it did start at my350z.com.

Not sure why he was banned here since APS did nothing wrong on this forum. I just hope they are givine a chance to return, due to alot of helpful information they give us.

I'm sure APS would be willing to become a sponsor of the forum, I think this was something deeper than most of us know.

This is a bunch of BS. Want to know to know Peters side of it? E-mail him @ peter@airpowersystems.com.au. I think everyone has a right to hear both sides of the story. But I can tell you this, everyday I get more and more disgusted with this site, and theres no way I'm ever going to pay to be a member of this place now. Thats my .02 Peace

this will also be my first/last year as 'premier'.... seems like things just get locked and the key gets thrown out and nobody knows why, not to mention alot of the things promised arent delivered and i get the impression if you question 'why, what, when' your asking to be banned as well. i wont go into anymore detail...
