I bought the APS 350Z TT setup and had it installed without buying any other parts. The only big difference is the intake, which we had to custom fab. With the addition of a new radiator it wasn't bad at all.

the essential parts of an FI kit for the 350z is identical with the G. the only minor difference that i can think of are the pipes from turbos, to intercooler and to throttle body. the APS kit is built specifically for the 350z, however there is a supplemental kit that fits the kit onto a g35.

The only difference is the piping from the intercooler to the throttle body. The Z has a big opening in the radiator support, the G does not. Also, the Gs AC lines run right in that area. When I had my Koyo radiator installed my mechanic rerouted all the lines so we could install the APS kit with no modifications to the kit.
