G35 vortech pics and problems....

I have a Vortech kit on my G35 sedan. When I am driving around town the car wants to stall and loose power. When at a stop light the idle is low and the motor seems unstable.

I have heard from others that the problem is my piggy back ECU. The main ECU thinks the car is running lean so it signals the Piggy Back to use more fuel when it is not needed. Once I get the car back from the mechanic... tuned.. it runs perfect for about a month. When driving the car, it feels like it is running to rich and that is why it wants to stall... I think????

Do I need to change to a Stand Alone unit or is it something different?
I am really getting frustrated, so any help would be nice...

I see you have a Crawford plenum....Nice looking . I would look for vacuum leaks first . Has it been tuned ? Or you running the out of box tune ? It could be a host of simple thing . Its just a matter of getting in there and start looking and eliminating them one by one

damn Boog...every time I come into a thread to share my wisdom, the king of Vortech FI has already been hear. Sick, you might want to check to see if your MAF sensor was damaged at all during installation too.

you may also be able to take it to the dealer and have them raise your idle.
