I have still not seen any threads about engines blowing from FI (im sure there are some out there), and maybe its because im not on the FI section that much and dont really research this stuff because of my lack of extra mula and the fact that i wouldnt have the cash to fix something wrong iwth my engine... i just took this off a thread about m3 vs g35 (i know pointless thread and i shouldnt have wasted my time reading it)


i have heard of people blowing engines (just read a thread where people were defending the ATI setup)... but i posted under this guy (he just traded in his 05 g for an m3) asking him where all these people with fully built motors that have blown up a couple of a times are at.... Am i an idiot or something? From what ive read it seems like since people generally do the VQ right when FI (taking it to a pro and getting it tuned), there are actually very few blown motors due to FI applications..... much less fully built motors. Am i totally off base here?
