Built Motor w/ SFR TT

After months of research and plenty of saving up, Speed Force Racing is going to go nuts on my 05' G35c. Hence my sig below, I am going for a fairly conservative tune and am looking forward to the insane power increase. I want to thank Tim at SFR for being so helpfull in working with me to put the puzzle together and help me to get the most bang for my buck. Damn this waiting! Soon though... A big thanks to Tim, all on this forum, Nico club, 350z and even hondatech for being soo damn knowledgeable on the subject of FI and more specifically on the VQ. I'll keep you posted as this project comes together.

I can tell you that they were certainly the most competative in their pricing after talking to many other shops and parts suppliers. There wasn't one point throughout this whole proccess of specing parts and quoting everything out, where I felt a hint of distrust or lack of confidence. SFR seriously has their Sh*t together.

It's going to run about 20K for a built motor, suspension, Twin Turbos (complete kit with ecu management, FMIC and BOV), gauges, exhaust (3" for back pressure reasons) and labor. If you want me to break it down for you I would be more than happy to if you wanna PM me.

Tim is a really cool guy and he knows his stuff. The car should be pretty nasty when SFR is finished with it.

Yeah, Tim is the man! I hope it's not tough adjusting to 550+bhp. Ha! JK, I can't wait man. My friend had an 800HP supra in 98' and ever since then I have been ruined.

The problem is, where does it end? I mean after a few years I can turn up the boost and maybe push the 700HP range but what's next? I mean, will driving become boring untill I get a crotch rocket? do I need a turbo Hyabusa next? I'd be curious to know how many people have been driving "500+hp" cars for 5 plus years and how they feel about what the next step is.

good luck with your sh*t too. What's funny is; I just realized I have just about everything except wheels and tires. Don't people usually do that first. I sorta fell into the sleeper thing by default.

Kamal, do you have the single FMIC or duel with the stock bumper?
